Information this policy covers
This policy applies to hullingerdigital.com, the Website Builder, inquiry and review forms, project checklists, the Customer Portal, the Administrator Workspace, and project-related email. A customer website or third-party service may have its own policy.
Information we collect
We may collect names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing contact details, service interests, website and business information, project selections, signed agreement evidence, messages, notes, files, photos, links, approvals, and support requests that you submit.
Project and payment records may include a confirmation reference, selected pricing and payment arrangement, invoice or subscription status, payment success or failure, refunds, disputes, and the identifiers needed to reconcile those records. Hullinger Digital does not receive or store your complete card or bank-account number through its website application.
Basic technical records may include request time, browser or device information, security and error logs, and the information needed to maintain an authenticated session and prevent abuse.
When you submit an inquiry or begin checkout, Hullinger Digital may save limited first-party acquisition details with that record, such as the landing page, referring website domain, and campaign parameters in the link. This helps connect inquiries and completed orders to the marketing that produced them without storing a full browsing history in the customer record.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, recommend and price a project, save Builder progress, create and perform an agreement, process and reconcile payments, deliver project work, operate the Customer Portal, request materials, communicate about a project, provide support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and protect the website and its users.
Hullinger Digital does not sell customer project information or use private project files for unrelated advertising.
Payments and service providers
Stripe hosts payment entry and processes payment methods. Netlify hosts the website and server functions. Supabase provides the database, authentication, and private project-file storage. SendGrid supports transactional email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices as needed to provide their services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Cookies and local device storage
Essential secure cookies keep Administrator Workspace and Customer Portal sessions signed in. The Builder may use local device storage to preserve unfinished selections and progress. Clearing browser data can remove locally saved Builder progress and sign out active sessions.
Hullinger Digital does not currently use nonessential advertising cookies. Limited campaign and landing-page details may be kept in local device storage for up to 90 days and may be attached to an inquiry or checkout submitted during that attribution window. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that tracking is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer a request, perform and support a project, preserve signed agreements and payment records, resolve disputes, meet legal and accounting obligations, maintain security, and protect legitimate business interests. Different records may require different retention periods.
You may request correction or deletion of eligible information. Some agreement, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may need to be retained after an account or project is closed.
Security and sensitive information
Hullinger Digital uses access controls, encrypted connections, private storage, short-lived file links, and separated customer and administrator authorization boundaries. No internet system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other regulated or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary project forms, messages, or uploads unless an appropriate workflow has been expressly approved.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your contact information, request eligible deletion, withdraw an optional communication preference, or ask how information connected to a specific confirmation reference is being used. Transactional messages needed for an active agreement, payment, security event, or requested support are not marketing messages.
Children
Hullinger Digital services are intended for businesses and adults authorized to enter a service agreement. The website is not directed to children under 13.
